Terms and Conditions for SwissChauffeur

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SwissChauffeur GmbH, based in Zürich Airport, Switzerland.

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.

Full prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including:
• pickup time and location
• number of passengers
• luggage requirements

SwissChauffeur reserves the right to adjust or refuse service if incorrect information affects execution or safety.

Pricing & VAT

All prices are quoted in CHF and are exclusive of 8.1% Swiss VAT (MwSt), unless stated otherwise.

Additional charges may apply for:
• extra waiting time
• route changes
• extended service

Service Extensions

Additional hours are charged at the agreed hourly rate.
Waiting time is charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled execution of the order.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled execution will incur a 50% charge.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled execution or in the event of a no-show.

Liability

SwissChauffeur is not liable for:
• delays caused by traffic, weather or external factors
• missed connections outside of agreed planning

Clients are responsible for personal belongings.

Vehicle & Conduct

Any damage caused by the client may result in additional charges.

Professional conduct is expected at all times.

Privacy

All personal data is handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Final Clause

SwissChauffeur operates under Swiss law.
Jurisdiction: Zürich, Switzerland.
