Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by SwissChauffeur GmbH, based in Zürich Airport, Switzerland. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms.

Service Description

SwissChauffeur, based in Switzerland, offers luxury chauffeur and concierge services, setting itself apart with a personalized approach, individual pricing, and an absolute commitment to providing a five-star+ service. Our fleet consists of four-wheel drive, new, and meticulously groomed limousines. Our chauffeurs are experienced professionals recruited through a thorough process to ensure the highest standards of service.

Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
Full prepayment is required unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including:
· pickup time and location
· number of passengers
· luggage requirements

SwissChauffeur reserves the right to adjust or refuse service if incorrect information affects execution or safety.

Transparency

SwissChauffeur is committed to absolute transparency. We provide clear information about our company and ensure there are no hidden charges in the prices of our rides.

Pricing and VAT

All prices are quoted in CHF and are exclusive of 8.1% Swiss VAT (MwSt), unless stated otherwise.

Additional charges may apply for:
· extended service
· extra waiting time
· route changes

Service Extension

Additional hours are charged at the agreed hourly rate. Waiting time is charged accordingly.

Hourly Wait Rate

An hour’s wait with a chauffeur is charged at 120 CHF per hour.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their belongings during the service. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client may result in additional charges.

Incorrect Information Disclaimer:

In the event that the ordering party provides inaccurate information regarding the number of passengers, amount of luggage, or the necessity of a child’s seat, if such misinformation poses a risk to the safety of the ride, SwissChauffeur reserves the right to refuse to perform the transfer. In such cases, all associated costs, including but not limited to cancellation fees or any additional expenses incurred, shall be the responsibility of the ordering party due to the provision of false information.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

SwissChauffeur reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review the terms regularly.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled execution of the order. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 7 days before execution will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled execution or no-show.

Liability

SwissChauffeur is not liable for:
· delays caused by traffic, weather or external factors
· missed connections outside of agreed planning

Clients are responsible for personal belongings.

Vehicle & Conduct

Any damage caused by the client may result in additional charges. Professional conduct is expected at all times.
