SwissChauffeur, based in Switzerland, offers luxury chauffeur and concierge services, setting itself apart with a personalized approach, individual pricing, and an absolute commitment to providing a five-star+ service. Our fleet consists of four-wheel drive, new, and meticulously groomed limousines. Our chauffeurs are experienced professionals recruited through a thorough process to ensure the highest standards of service.
Booking and Payments
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Payments must be made in advance, and additional charges may apply for extra services. Cancellations may be subject to fees; please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

SwissChauffeur is committed to absolute transparency. We provide clear information about our company and ensure there are no hidden charges in the prices of our rides.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices quoted on our website are Net prices and must always be plus the 8.1% Swiss tax MwSt.
Extension of Service
If you choose to extend the time of service, you are liable to pay for the additional hours at the same rate as the initial hour of hire.
Hourly Wait Rate
An hour’s wait with a chauffeur is charged at 120 CHF per hour.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the service. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client may result in additional charges.
Incorrect Information Disclaimer:
In the event that the ordering party provides inaccurate information regarding the number of passengers, amount of luggage, or the necessity of a child’s seat, if such misinformation poses a risk to the safety of the ride, SwissChauffeur reserves the right to refuse to perform the transfer. In such cases, all associated costs, including but not limited to cancellation fees or any additional expenses incurred, shall be the responsibility of the ordering party due to the provision of false information.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
SwissChauffeur reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review the terms regularly.
Limitation of Liability
SwissChauffeur is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled execution of the order. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 7 days before execution will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled execution.
